• Oversees staff installing, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management.
• Being a Sr. Facility Engineer tracks work orders and ensures work follows established service and quality standards for completion.
• Schedules and supervises preventative maintenance, painting, or carpentry projects. Additionally, maintaining a safe and effective working environment that complies with regulations and laws.
• Space planning - Assists with overall space management planning process (identification of need
• Construction/Project Management - Supervise and direct personnel and contractors.
• Contributes to the development of processes and procedures.
• Plans, organizes, and evaluates the performance of assigned staff
• Provides technical assistance to staff
• Coordinates building cleaning activities
• Develop, plan, implement and maintain an EHS management system for the organization that meets the Safety requirements, implements environmental sustainability programs, ensures compliance with all relevant regulations, and provides for continuous improvement in EH&S performance.
• Assess, evaluate, quantify and prioritize EHS risks for the organization and develop action plans for ensuring all significant risks are controlled and managed as part of the operational controls defined within the EHS management system.
• Communicate with all levels in the organization on EHS to engage with, influence, and motivate the Operation Director, Plant Manager, managers, supervisors and employees. Drive EHS initiatives to achieve the organization’s goals and strategy.
• Maintain and generate facility layout and cleanroom drawings.
• Participate in EHS inspections and audits.
• Facilitate incident investigations and advise management on appropriate corrective actions.
• Support and guide the management and direction of EHS programs.
