Materials Leader

The objective of this role is to lead and drive the execution and key initiatives to meet the materials strategy for the Tecate Plant, oversee the planning, procurement, OSP, and distribution of materials and products according to company needs and customer requirements through developing Standard processes and procedure documentation that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality, and productivity across the Supply Chain. Providing a safe and healthy workplace to employees, engaging and developing employees, while meeting all the financial commitments, all of these are driven by a continuous improvement culture.
