Will work with operations, suppliers, and customers on quality and process improvement to ensure general specifications, quality / regulatory requirements, and expectations are met for all products purchased to meet medical standards, military and aerospace
• Coordination of external audits.
• Coordination of internal audits.
• Certifications.
• Internal CAR.
• Manage the quality group.
• Supplier quality engineering.Primary contact/interface with customers.
Experiencia y requisitos
- Must have +5 years of verifiable experience like Quality Manager,
- Bachelor’s degree in electronic, industrial, or related engineering,
- Excellent spoken and written English skills,
- Coordination of external and internal audits, strong leadership and follow-through,
- Proficiency with IT tools, serve as the primary point of contact with clients, implementation of first-pass yield (FPY) improvements, KPIs, internal CAR, SCAR,
Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and IATF 16949,
PCBA assembly,
Six Sigma certification (preferred), and lean manufacturing.
Must be available to work in Tecate.
