V - Sr. Engineer Automation & Development

To ensure the correct industrialization of new process and products, implementation of new technologies and automatizations related, as well as output fulfilment vs planning requirements.

• Manage the introduction of new product processes, design production line layout, and achieve production capacity (setting product working hours, determining and evaluating product production and capacity)
• Introduction of NPI new equipment, processes, and new products for mass production, including design improvement DFX suggestions during the preliminary review of new products
• Provide technical support for product production to ensure smooth production. Deliver Improvement and innovation of Process to enhance the automation level of production lines
• Design of Work Instruction Files (WI) and Process Flow Chart Files
• Continuous improvement using Lean method to improve production line lying down rate, improve production line efficiency, and enhance product quality
• Analyze the causes of quality issues that occur in the product, propose and take preventive improvement measures
• Design and improve fixtures to facilitate operator operation, improve production efficiency and product quality.
• Provide product quotation services for customers
• VTS, I4 and corporative tools.
