We are looking for an Accounts Payable Lead who drives efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement within our Finance team.

Main Activities:

🔹 Oversee the complete accounts payable process (receipt, validation, recording, and payment of invoices -CFDI/SAT).

🔹 Coordinate and validate payments to national and international suppliers.

🔹 Ensure compliance with tax requirements in Mexico (CFDI, SAT, input VAT).

🔹 Manage cash flow and reconciliations.

🔹 Participate in monthly accounting closings and internal/external audits.

🔹 Coordinate the team and optimize processes (ERP / SAP).

🔹 Oversee account reconciliations and discrepancy resolution.

🔹 Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal departments (Purchasing, Warehouse, Finance).

🔹 Handle and control accounts payable for entities in Mexico and the USA.

🔹 Prepare various reports based on the needs of the department.
