AG- Ingeniero de Moldeo-Producto Medico

Main Responsibilities:

-Create process manufacturing related to production and molding area

-Design engineer and new products, understand manufacturing process, create work structures.

-Run process validations for molding and manufacturing

-Train operators on new key process.

-Improve existing process.

-Implementation and improvement of scientific molding process.

-Develop maintenance plan for molding machines and tools, control for spare parts, complete validations, acknowledge on machine shop (new or repaired tools).

-Review with vendors the quotes, designs, validations and timelines.

-Solve and review day to day activities and problems for molding area, solve molding problems and cosmetic and quality issues.

-Investigate customer complains

-Develop and implement maintenance plan

-Management of the preventive maintenance system.

-Run validations for new products on molding area and for current products.

-Follow up with the vendors for repair tools.

-Follow up to bring new pieces with vendors.
