Descripción y detalle de las actividades

• Responsible for the accuracy and maintenance of the Annex 24 & 31 data entry, guarantee the compliance with legal permanency of the goods and validate the information against MX Customs Data Stage

• Extensive knowledge of Annex 24 backflush process and inventory balance.

• Validate Bill of Materials information is congruent with ERP System, perform Bill of Materials analysis and determine USMCA qualification of the Finished Goods 

• Manage and maintain an updated USMCA Certificates and Affidavit data base, assist vendors and/or purchasing department to assure USMA certificates/Affidavits are properly fill out and provided in a timely matter. 

• Extensive knowledge of US & Mexican laws

• Support the import-export day-to-day operation. 

• Maintain all import-export records to enable efficient audit of all transactions for regulatory compliance purpose. 

• Experience in classifying products using the Harmonized Tariff Schedule Code 

Experiencia y requisitos

• Experience with Annex 24 & 31

• Experience with ERP System

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish 

• Strong ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines. 

• Strong computer proficiency and knowledge of Software such as Word, Excel, Spreadsheets, PowerPoint 

• Well-developed organizational, priority management and planning skills 

• Experience in implementing cross-functional processes. 

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are a must. 

• Proven problem solving and decision-making skills.
