The Buyer - I will be responsible for purchasing the materials required to meet the production schedule, ensuring timely delivery and appropriate quantities based on ERP system requirements.

🎯 What will you do?

✔️ Generate purchase orders for suppliers based on ERP system recommendations.

✔️ Follow up on materials to ensure required delivery dates are met in the ERP system and comply with the established escalation process.

✔️ Cancel and reschedule purchase orders on a weekly basis, according to production and material requirements.

✔️ Follow up on invoice discrepancies and support their resolution.

✔️ Support activities required to mitigate material shortages and prevent production downtime.
