            Main Responsibilities:

• Execute the activities on material planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving and stores functions within to ensure correct supply levels for operation.
• Manages the purchase orders by planning material requirements using an MRP System, executing the action plans that are suggested.
• Generate purchase orders following recommendations of ERP system. Follow up on purchase orders: delivery confirmation, dates, and quantities requested by ERP system.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for proper receipt of raw materials.
• Purchase Orders reschedule out and cancelations follow up.
• Monitor inventory levels and create actions to meet monthly targets.
• Support activities to mitigate production shutdown.
• Support on excess and slow moving inventory reduction.
• Participate in internal audits and document reviews related to procurement.
