Buyer

The Buyer is responsible for sourcing and purchasing products, materials, and services required for company operations while ensuring the best cost, quality, delivery, and supply continuity.

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Create and manage purchase orders and follow up through delivery.
• Analyze costs, market trends, and inventory levels.
• Maintain optimal inventory and supply levels.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and commercial terms.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, logistics, and finance teams.
• Monitor supplier performance through KPIs.
• Resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or invoicing.
• Prepare purchasing reports, savings analyses, and consumption reports.
• Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
