Join Hussmann, a global leader in commercial refrigeration systems, manufacturing equipment for major international brands.

We are looking for a buyer that ensures timely and cost-effective procurement of materials by managing purchase orders, inventory levels, and MRP-driven requirements to support uninterrupted production operations.


🎯 What Will You Do?

✔️ Execute material planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and warehouse activities to ensure correct supply levels for operations.

✔️ Manage purchase orders by planning material requirements through an MRP system, executing suggested action plans.

✔️ Generate purchase orders following ERP/MRP recommendations.

✔️ Follow up on purchase orders: delivery confirmations, dates, and quantities.

✔️ Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure proper receipt of raw materials.

✔️ Reschedule and cancel purchase orders as required.

✔️ Monitor inventory levels and implement actions to meet monthly targets.

✔️ Support activities to mitigate production shutdowns.

✔️ Support excess and slow-moving inventory reduction initiatives.

✔️ Participate in internal audits and procurement-related document reviews.

Experiencia y requisitos

🧾 Requirements

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement using MRP systems.

✔️ Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

✔️ Intermediate Excel skills.

✔️ Strong understanding of inventory control and material planning.

✔️ Schedule availability.
