Your Impact

As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth while leading and developing a high-performing team. This role requires a balance between execution and leadership, combining hands-on operational involvement with strategic coordination. You will work closely with both your team and clients, ensuring strong performance, alignment, and results.


What You’ll Do:

·      Sales & Marketing Integration: Align telemarketing, call center operations, and digital marketing strategies with sales objectives.

·      Business Development: Create and implement strategies to increase business and revenue.

·      Strategic Leadership: Lead and inspire your team to achieve operational excellence and meet business objectives.

·      Team Development: Mentor, coach, and continuously develop your team, fostering accountability and a high-performance culture.

·      Performance Oversight: Monitor and analyze KPIs such as conversions, leads, and margins, ensuring alignment with business goals and continuous improvement.

·      Operational Execution (60%): Stay actively involved in daily operations and team workflows.

·      Team Coordination (40%): Oversee team performance, structure processes, and ensure efficiency.

·      Client Management: Maintain strong communication and relationships with clients, ensuring high-level service and presentation.

·      Process & Strategy Development: Build structured workflows and continuously improve team performance.

Experiencia y requisitos

What We’re Looking For:

  • ·Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Industrial & Financial Engineering, International Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in similar roles (sales, telemarketing, call centers, or digital marketing)
  • Strong background in telemarketing and/or call center operations
  • Advanced English (C1+ required) with excellent communication skills (client-facing role)
  • Excellent presentation and client management skills
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills (conversions, leads, margins, KPIs)
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and grow teams
  • High level of discipline, structure, and organization
  • Emotional intelligence, resilience, and teamwork mindset
  • Creativity and strong business perception
  • Must be based in Tijuana (relocation required if currently in another city)

  • Salary range: $50,000 – $65,000 MXN gross per month

·      Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
