ScaleWise is a nearshore talent and delivery partner connecting skilled professionals in Mexico with US-based technology companies. We currently support the delivery team of a fast-growing SaaS company in the project and portfolio management space, helping their enterprise clients implement and adopt their platform successfully. This position is based at our ScaleWise office in Tijuana, working closely with a distributed delivery team across North America.
What you'll do:
• Participate in client discovery sessions to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Configure software, workflows, reports, and integrations
• Lead or support implementation delivery from requirements through go-live
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during testing and after launch
• Train end users and drive adoption of new solutions
• Document implementation work clearly for internal and client use
Experiencia y requisitos
What you need:
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in professional services, technical consulting, or implementation-focused customer success roles
• Strong working knowledge of Power BI — this is a core requirement for the role
• Experience with enterprise software configuration, requirements gathering, testing, and change management
• Comfort working within the Microsoft ecosystem and general familiarity with project and portfolio management (PPM) concepts and tools, whether Microsoft-based or from a comparable platform
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to have:
• Experience with Power Automate
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project or Project Online
• Power Platform certifications (PL-200, MB-210)
• Experience with Dynamics 365 configuration
Details:
• On-site position at our Tijuana office
• Working hours aligned to US Eastern through Pacific time
• Must be based in or able to commute to Tijuana
