Custom Supervisor

This position has the responsibility of ensuring the import of raw materials and export all finished goods by maintaining operations in compliance with Mexican authority; Ensure metrics of Annex 24 and 30 are used to improve accuracy, as well as that the on hand of Annex 24 vs SAGE (MRP) are accurate every month according to KPI; Maintain communication with Mexican and American brokers, Transport and Warehouse for the expedited border crossing; coordination with 3PL and Plant needs to assure material flow

Making sure Import/Export department provides efficient service to Purchasing, Planning, Warehouse, Production, and all diverse Vertiv business units in the factory. Be the escalation point in the import/export department as well as 3PL and San Diego warehouse to remove road blocks.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure that material imports are completed in time and form. 
2. Verify that consolidated “pedimentos” are granted each week.
3. Ensure the integrity of the information in Annex 24 and 30.
4. Annex 24 inventories are balanced against Sage.
5. Processing permits before customs
6. Maintain the company's tax certifications.
7. 3PL Material flow
