We are seeking a Customer Service Executive with a high level of English proficiency (minimum 90%). The selected candidate will be responsible for providing direct support to national and international clients, handling complaints, and following up on requisitions, ensuring a positive customer experience, resolving needs efficiently and providing operational customer support and order follow-up in a manufacturing environment.
This position serves as the primary communication link between customers and internal departments to ensure accurate order processing, timely deliveries, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers.
- Handle calls, emails, and client requests in Spanish and English in a cordial and professional manner.
- Receive, register, and follow up on complaints, ensuring timely and proper resolution.
- Process client requisitions and coordinate with internal departments to meet requirements: planning and production, purchasing and materials, warehouse, quality, logistics and import-export.
- Maintain constant communication with clients to provide updates and solutions (order status updates related to production, delivery dates, shipments, and logistics).
- Prepare incident reports and provide feedback to the corresponding area to improve processes.
- Foster trust-based relationships and customer satisfaction.
- Support new customer and new product introductions.
- Track action items, meeting notes, and follow-ups with internal teams.
- Develop and implement strategies for client account growth and drive revenue growth
- Anticipate customer needs by following up with existing clients to offer new orders or additional services.
Experiencia y requisitos
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or similar roles within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- English proficiency is indispensable (minimum 90% oral and written).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems or customer management platforms.
- Results-oriented and team player.
- Experience coordinating with multiple internal departments.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing and logistics processes.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Business Management, or a related field.
