Develop, test, implement, and maintain software applications based on business requirements.
Participate in requirements gathering, system analysis, and technical solution design.
Write, debug, and optimize code to ensure application performance and reliability.
Provide support and maintenance for existing software systems and applications.
Develop and maintain database integrations and system interfaces.
Create and maintain technical documentation for software solutions and enhancements.
Participate in digital transformation and process automation projects.
Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and system enhancements.
Ensure compliance with software development standards, security requirements, and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely manner.
Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and deployment processes.
Stay current with emerging technologies, development tools, and industry best practices.

Experiencia y requisitos

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in software development.
Experience developing, testing, and maintaining software applications.
Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and software development methodologies.
Experience working with relational databases and SQL queries.
Familiarity with source control/version management tools such as Git.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Intermediate English proficiency (reading, writing, and technical documentation).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET, Java, Python, or similar programming languages.
Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or other database management systems.
Exposure to manufacturing, industrial, or enterprise software environments.
Knowledge of software testing, debugging, and deployment processes.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Experience supporting business applications and process automation initiatives.
