Descripción y detalle de las actividades

  • Familiar with SMT, wave soldering and testing processes.

  • Be familiar with the production processes of TV board cards and PCBA board cards.

  • Familiar with HDCP1.4/2.2; The burning principle of MAC.

  • Proficient in wave soldering equipment, capable of analyzing and resolving defective products in wave soldering.

  • Proficient in equipment principles, fault repair, equipment maintenance,

  • Proficient in the principle of TV board card testing equipment, capable of analyzing and improving abnormal and defective products.

  • Have more than 5 years of SMT testing experience for VIZIO TV and Skyworth TV.

  • Outgoing personality, strong sense of responsibility, and able to withstand certain work pressure.

  • Have more than 10 years of experience in peak equipment management, team management and testing skills.

  • Responsible for the design of PCBA and final test equipment, drawing and fixture debugging, to ensure the practicality of the designed test equipment.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Electronic/ Electromechanic Eng. or similar

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

At least 5 years of experience in the same or a similar position.

LEVEL OF ENGLISH FLUENCY:

80%

COMPUTER USAGE:

MS Office, Programming language (SQL, c#, c++, labview.)

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Experience with communication protocols (serial, ethernet)

Proactive, creative, sense of urgency.
