As part of the Automotive Applications Engineering team, you will use your engineering and project management background to lead cross-functional technical, planning and plant local teams for development of audio management amplifier applications.
1. Typically leads mid duration, fast paced product design / development projects.
2. Technical complexity moderate, communication and customer facing interfaces tend to be dynamic.
3. Leads regional product development resources and interfaces for global customers and offices.
4. High level of customer interaction, usually several times a week.
5. Interfaces with product development, new product introduction teams.
7. Multicultural and ability to lead simultaneously projects from different regions.
8. Strong communicator.
Experiencia y requisitos
• Apply project management standard practices to create and maintain project schedules and action items to meet customer milestones, track and manage project spending and standard cost to budget, and successfully lead the project team to achieve high quality program launches.
• Manage development activities including part and documentation deliveries, creation and revision of bills of materials, validation and build planning, risk mitigation, launch assurance and problem resolution.
• Serve as primary point of communication for allocated projects.
• Manage other project related issues as needed.
• Bilingual (English and spanish)

• Strong project management skills
• +5 years of experience in similar roles.
