Lead the Manufacturing functions within output targets to meet customer needs.
Experience in full accountability for ensuring safety, customer quality, cost, and delivery.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Focused target driven with a positive, can-do attitude.
Manage the Team on best working practices. Coach the teams for operational success.
Implement and manage Continues Improvement activities, minimizing costs where possible.
Take a great leadership in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making.
Ensuring workers and equipment meet performance and safety requirements.
Proactively contribute to creating a good team atmosphere. A self-starter, and able to positively motivate others.
Responsible of the coordination of new business initiatives and projects.
Develop, implement, and manage KPIs for each area of responsibility. Establishing short and mid-term plan strategies.

Experiencia y requisitos

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical, Business Administration, Manufacturing or similar.
Eight years of minimum experience in Management as Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager or Operation Manager. Proven track record of growth and success.
Strong Communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications on TS-16949, ISO-9000, and ISO-14000
Verbal and written proficiency in English required.
Experienced in Metal Stamping environment as a plus.
