Parts Department Management
- Manage the daily operations and performance of the Parts Department.
- Establish and maintain effective procedures, controls, and service standards.
- Coordinate Parts activities with internal departments to support customer and service requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
Inventory Management
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels based on demand and business requirements.
- Ensure accurate receiving, stocking, transfers, returns, adjustments, and inventory transactions.
- Conduct and coordinate cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and maintain accurate system records.
Purchasing & Supplier Management
- Coordinate parts purchasing and replenishment activities.
- Monitor purchase orders, backorders, availability, and supplier lead times.
- Maintain effective relationships with parts suppliers and monitor vendor performance.
- Review purchasing costs, invoices, returns, credits, and warranty-related parts processes, when applicable.
Parts Sales & Customer Service
- Manage Parts sales activities and achieve established sales and profitability objectives.
- Review quotations, pricing, gross margins, open orders, and backorders.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Respond to parts inquiries and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Financial & Performance Management
- Manage the financial performance of the Parts Department.
- Prepare and monitor the department budget.
- Monitor sales, gross margin, expenses, inventory investment, and profitability.
- Analyze monthly results and implement action plans to achieve departmental objectives.
- Prepare and review Parts performance reports and KPIs.
Team Leadership
- Lead, supervise, train, and develop Parts Department employees.
- Assign responsibilities and monitor productivity and performance.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, customer service, and continuous improvement.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in spare parts management, preferably in the forklift and material handling industry.
- Experience with forklift spare parts, including inventory, purchasing, sales, suppliers, and customer order fulfillment.
- Previous experience in supervising or managing staff is preferred.
- Experience in managing and controlling spare parts inventory.
- Experience in purchasing, negotiation, and supplier management.
- Experience in spare parts sales and customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/inventory systems.
- Advanced proficiency in English required.
