The EHS Manager holds end-to-end responsibility for directing, executing, and improving EHS programs across both sites. This role ensures strategic alignment with business goals, full legal compliance, and the protection of employees, facilities, and the community. The main focus is safeguarding uninterrupted plant operations, preventing major accidents, and managing process safety for hazardous chemicals.

• Define and implement the overall EHS strategy while driving safety culture, organizational accountability, and leadership engagement.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations, managing interactions with authorities, regulatory inspections, and corporate or customer audits to ensure the timely closure of findings.
• Lead and approve Process Hazard Analyses (including PHA, HAZOP, and JSA) and provide strategic leadership in the risk management of Ethylene Oxide (EtO) and other operational or chemical hazards.
• Lead and approve the Management of Change (MOC) process for modifications to processes, equipment, facilities, procedures, and chemicals.
• Oversee contractor and supplier management programs to ensure full compliance with all EHS requirements within company facilities.
• Direct root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents, near misses, and operational deviations, ensuring the execution and timely closure of preventive and corrective actions.
• Lead emergency preparedness, response planning, drills, Civil Protection programs, and business continuity or recovery plans.
• Oversee industrial hygiene, environmental monitoring, waste management, and continuous environmental performance improvement.
• Implement effective EHS training programs, including safety orientation, recurrent training, and hazardous chemical management.
• Monitor EHS key performance indicators (KPIs) and report performance, trends, and critical risks to Senior Leadership.
