Support to the different activities:
1. asset control: review,
2. matching, control of customs documentation vs. physical assets in plant Direct impact on compliance (customs and foreign trade).
3. Database Review and capture of BOMs information in system
4. Direct impact on VAT-IEPS certification.
5. Customs compliance and foreign trade Review and validation of fields of certifications of origin and declarations of origin of materials for tariff benefits.
6. Follow-up of the entire export process Among other activities
Experiencia y requisitos
Professional career in logistics, international trade and customs, or related field Time availability is essential
- Fluent in English
- Responsible
- Punctual
- Minimum of one year experience in the import area.
- Knowledge of customs and foreign trade regulations.
- Handling of computer and document management tools.
- Ability to communicate, organize and work as part of a team.
- Availability to work flexible hours and under pressure.
- Experience in import-export department
- Experience in shipments
- Experience with export invoices
- Experience in customs traffic and carrier coordination.
- Experience in international treaties, Customs Law RCGMCE, compliance with regulations and non-tariff restrictions. Practical knowledge of customs logistics and supply chain.
