Import-Export Coordinator

The purpose of this position is to coordinate virtual imports and exports, as well as coordinate the area of reception of materials and confirm the transit of import or export items to the company.

• Control and execution of temporary, virtual and definitive imports and exports of Raw Materials, MRO, Machinery and Equipment.
• Physical and documentary archive of import and export operations.
• Control and execution of intra-Mexico shipments and transfer notices.
• Request and Coordination of regime changes and regularizations as applicable.
• Follow-up of urgent import and export materials with the company.
• Provide inventory in brokers' warehouses and import reports daily.
• Coordinate with the customs agency and the Shipping and Planning department the clearance of import and export units.
• Logistical coordination with carriers for exports and imports.
• Coordinate workload assignment with support team.
