- Apply and interpret audit and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate the transportation and distribution of goods.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives by identifying solutions to reduce transportation, warehousing, and logistics costs.
- Supervise and manage personnel, providing training and development opportunities to the team to achieve performance objectives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Negotiate with logistics service providers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of the Annex 24 system.
- Oversee the acquisition and maintenance of certifications and permits applicable to the IMMEX program.
- Responsible for the management, preparation, control, and retention of international trade documentation, including commercial invoices, import/export customs declarations (pedimentos), execution of virtual inventory discharges, Bills of Lading, In-Bond documentation, and other related documents.
Experiencia y requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience in supply chain management, export management, customs compliance, and the administration of 3PL providers and freight forwarders.
- 5-7 years of experience in a management role with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal
