Coordinate and manage the workload of the Export area. Provide adequate leadership to establish and maintain operational efficiencies and ensure confidence levels are achieved and customer expectations are exceeded wherever possible.
Prepares customs to help coordinate the import-export processes. assignment of tasks according to the requirements of the operation.
Experiencia y requisitos
• Monitor delivery times of the Export area.
• Provide support in the import operation of raw material, finished product, returns and machinery.
• Review Proformas IN,A1, AF.
• Assign and authorize the pedimentos IN,A1,AF.
• Respond to requests for shipments outside the system.
• Provide support in the Export operation.
• Review Proformas RT.
• Assign and authorize the payment of requests RT.
• Monitoring of daily export plan.
• Maintain controls and logs.
• Distribute workload to meet goals.
• ERP Oracle
• Intrade Customs System or any similar
• Annex 24
• Microsoft Office
• 3 to 5 years of experience
• Bachelor in Foreign Trade, International Business.
• High level of responsibility
• Excellent attitude
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
•.Strong organizational skills, customer service attitude, analytical and detail oriented.
