Jr. Project Coordinator (El Florido)

Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Designer to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role bridges creative design with project execution, playing a key part in bringing client concepts to life while ensuring projects stay on track from concept through production. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for design, and possesses exceptional organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination

• Collaborate with clients, sales, and internal departments (production, printing, logistics) to manage project timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities including scheduling, progress tracking, and follow-ups.
• Manage multiple active projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and budget constraints are maintained.
• Communicate clearly with vendors and clients on artwork approvals, change orders, and delivery updates.
• Prepare job updates, production briefs, and internal documentation for efficient workflow.

Design Support

• Translate client briefs into design concepts and renderings aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create mock-ups, layouts, and final artwork for signage, displays, and retail environments using Adobe Creative Suite, Autocad, Solid Works, etc.
• Work closely with the Design and Production teams to ensure feasibility of designs.
• Maintain consistency and quality standards across all creative outputs.
