Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and tracking of customer projects from prototype through production.
- Maintain regular communication with sales PMs to provide project updates and gather requirements.
- Coordinate internal team efforts to meet project deliverables and timelines.
- Support documentation and change management processes (e.g., ECOs, BOM updates, revision control).
- Help identify project risks and assist in implementing mitigation plans.
- Prepare project status reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of action items.
- Support customer visits, audits, and conference calls as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company processes, ISO standards, and quality requirements.
Experiencia y requisitos
· Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 0–2 years of relevant experience in project coordination, program management, or manufacturing support roles.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Good communication and interpersonal abilities (written and verbal, in both English and Spanish).
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project) is a plus.
· Basic understanding of manufacturing processes (SMT, PCBA, box build) is desirable.
· Eagerness to learn, ability to multitask, and a proactive mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in an EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) environment.
· Exposure to ISO 13485 or medical device manufacturing standards.
· Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and document control tool
