• Ensure daily operations run in accordance with Autoliv standards and SQDCM (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale) targets.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities within the assigned production area.
• Build and maintain awareness among Production Leaders regarding the impact of their areas/lines on overall production results.
• Ensure production is carried out in compliance with Autoliv standards.
• Oversee the production area with full responsibility for planning, organizing, and controlling activities.
• Ensure adherence to Health & Safety and Quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement to achieve stable and sustainable performance.

Other Responsibilities:

• Train and develop Production Leaders in both technical and soft skills, ensuring continuous improvement in their ways of working.
• Act as a leadership ambassador in alignment with Autoliv Key Behaviors, leading by example.
• Proactively escalate issues and support the implementation of corrective actions.
