We are looking for a Logistics Analyst responsible for managing and coordinating product import and export operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and internal company procedures.

🎯 What will you do?

✔️ Prepare and verify all documentation required for import, export, and virtual operations, including commercial invoices and certificates of origin (USMCA).

✔️ Support the management of most of the company’s virtual operations.

✔️ Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all import and export activities comply with local and international laws and regulations, including tariffs, sanitary, and safety requirements.

✔️ Full control of consolidated closings, customs entry reconciliations, eighth rule operations, PROSEC application, etc.

✔️ Prepare detailed reports on import and export activities, transit times, shipment status, and any other relevant information for management.
