Responsible for providing manufacturing support for existing products, developing and introducing new products or transferences of equipment and machinery for new production areas.
Provides support to production processes by maintaining actual test equipment, work with test group to develop low voltage test programs, connection fixtures to equipment as an interface to manufactured assemblies based on drawing requirements and/or component specifications.
Designing and developing manufacturing procedures, tooling, and fixtures that result in sufficient capacity to meet customer demand while also promoting product quality, process efficiency and operator safety
Identify cost out opportunities in production and analyze the financial and technical feasibility of the projects.
Oriented towards the existing manufacturing processes and continuous improvement
Needs to work well in high-pressure environments and skilled at evaluating options and generating solutions.
Work in very close relationship with design teams during the tollgate’s phases
Knowledge of design and manufacturing validation protocols
Provide manufacturing documents, assembly procedures, equipment maintenance.
APQP Process knowledge (PPAP, PFMEA, PFD, CP, etc.)

Experiencia y requisitos

Mechanical, Mechatronic or Electrical Engineer 3-5 years’ experience.
Fluent English 80%, high level spoken and written.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package.
Knowledge of solid works, 3D printing.
Knowledge of programming environments PLCs (Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi), LabView, Keyence vision systems.
Reading and comprehension of electrical, pneumatic and mechanical diagrams.
Lean Manufacturing experience.
Skills, self-motivated, able to work with multidisciplinary teams.
