Manufacturing Management Trainee (Spanish-Mandarin Chinese)

We are looking for a Spanish-Mandarin Chinese bilingual professional interested in developing a long-term career in the manufacturing industry. This position will support plant management, facilitate communication between teams, and ensure proper follow-up on operational activities. The selected candidate will receive training and professional development to progressively take on greater responsibilities, with the long-term goal of advancing into supervisory and managerial roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the coordination and follow-up of daily plant operations.
• Facilitate communication between Spanish-speaking and Chinese-speaking personnel, ensuring accurate communication of information and instructions.
• Assist in identifying, clarifying, and following up on issues related to daily operations.
• Monitor the completion of tasks, agreements, and priorities established by supervisors and management.
• Maintain ongoing communication with different departments to promote effective coordination and operational continuity.
• Assist in preparing reports, gathering information, and tracking operational performance indicators.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and the implementation of corrective actions.
• Receive training in manufacturing processes, personnel management, and operations administration, with the goal of progressively assuming greater responsibilities.
