Master Scheduler

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and present the organization in the best light possible - Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer and team members through open and interactive communication - Monitor material flow to ensure shipping goals are met, suggest and define strategies to purchased materials. - Serve as a liaison between customer service personnel and operations scheduling to meet customer & business expectations. - Collaborate with Customer Service to negotiate or review any supply chain agreements with customers - Collaborate with IQMS personnel to analyze and create enhanced functionality in manufacturing & Planning applications - Collaborate with engineering personnel on the creation of BOM and WC Set Ups. - Support Business Development initiatives with current or potential customers. Handle customer exception requirements, provide solutions and alternatives on Supply Chain strategies to meet all expectations. Develop Supply Chain Strategies, procedures & best Practices.
