MRO Buyer

PACIFICO AREA | MEDICAL COMPANY | ON-SITE POSITION vapotherm 

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented candidate with experience in indirect purchasing

and MRO environments. The ideal candidate will have strong supplier management and negotiation skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment, and a strong sense of urgency to support operational needs. A solid understanding of ERP systems, cost analysis, and cross-functional collaboration is key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Procurement of MRO & Indirect Materials

Source and purchase maintenance, repair, and operational supplies to ensure

uninterrupted operations.

Supplier Management & Performance

Monitor supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery) and drive improvement initiatives.

RFQs & Negotiation

Lead bidding processes, analyze quotes, and negotiate pricing and service conditions.

Purchase Orders & Expediting

Manage requisitions and POs, follow up on deliveries, and resolve discrepancies.

Cost Optimization & Spend Analysis

Identify savings opportunities, support sourcing strategies, and optimize indirect spend.
