Key Responsibilities

Lead manufacturing activities for assigned products throughout prototype, pilot, and production phases.
Serve as the main contact for customer documentation updates and internal engineering change orders.
Participate in new customer development and support new business opportunities.
Analyze line return data to identify root causes and drive corrective actions for process issues.
Perform product‑level FMEAs and ensure manufacturability through engineering drawing and DFX reviews.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen activities.
Evaluate and qualify new processes, materials, and manufacturing equipment.
Lead internal and external corrective action plans and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
Maintain compliance with certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ANSI ESD S20.20, IPC, etc.
Support organizational KPI achievement and establish measurable objectives aligned with site goals.
Perform other duties as assigned to support department and organizational needs.

Experiencia y requisitos

General Qualifications (for all exempt roles)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
High attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
Ability to work independently with discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
Experience using continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to work with diverse teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as WebEx.

Role‑Specific Qualifications

5+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred (or equivalent experience).
Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies.
Ability to use metrics and CI tools (DPMO, FPY, Six Sigma, FMEA, etc.).
Ability to support a 24/7 global operation as needed.
Ability to travel up to 10%, including day and overnight trips.
