- Lead hiring efforts, performance evaluation, and ongoing coaching to build a high-performing team capable of consistently meeting production goals.
- Oversee inventory control, demand planning, and ensure full compliance with customs regulations and cross-border logistics requirements.
- Drive strategic direction and execution to establish, scale, and enhance manufacturing operations across Mexico.
- Apply knowledge of IMMEX regulations and VAT frameworks to manage and improve the cost efficiency of maquiladora operations.
- Supervise production in a high-precision environment, ensuring optimal performance, consistent quality, and timely corrective actions when process deviations occur.
- Coordinate the successful transfer and implementation of new product lines and technical requirements into the Tijuana facility, ensuring operational readiness.
- Adhere to and enforce all company policies, standards, and internal procedures.
Experiencia y requisitos
- least 10 years in manufacturing operations, with a minimum of 10 years in a management or leadership role.
- Technical Knowledge: Demonstrated experience with ISO 9001 and Lean Manufacturing; AS9100 experience (desirable)
- BA/BS in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical abilities, cooperative interaction at all levels, and excellent verbal/written communication
