4. Continuously improve information technology infrastructure to ensure accurate information in all production stages, facilitating timely monitoring of production, materials, quality, and personnel dynamics by all departments, achieving high efficiency and timeliness.

5. Ensure safe production and maintain the company's production safety, personnel safety, and property safety.

6. Improve factory site management and provide employees with a healthy and fair working environment.

7. Reduce costs and consumption, improve efficiency and ensure quality, striving to maximize profits.

8. Promote the effective operation of the company's quality, environmental, and social responsibility systems.

9. Lead the team in collaborative work, promptly address issues at each stage, and ensure the team's efficient and healthy development.

10. Organize internal production meetings, formulate work plans, and issue work instructions.

11. Complete all work instructions issued by the General Manager and report progress in a timely manner.
