Product Engineer MEGA REGIÓN

To develop, improve, and provide technical support for company products, ensuring they meet customer requirements, quality standards, cost targets, and timelines throughout the product lifecycle.

1. Design and develop new products and improvements to existing products.
2. Create and maintain technical documentation: drawings, BOMs, specifications, and engineering changes.
3. Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure proper product implementation.
4. Provide technical support to production to resolve design- or process-related issues.
5. Participate in product validation, testing, and release activities.
6. Manage engineering change requests and notices (ECR/ECN).
7. Ensure compliance with applicable standards (ISO, etc.).
8. Support technical inputs for quotations and cost analysis.
9. Follow up on customer requirements and audits.
