Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the positioning strategy of all products considering price, volume, share and profitability. Ensure product portfolio addresses market needs and drive continuous improvements where needed to maintain and/or improve market penetration and share position.
  • Conduct voice of the customer activities, assess market trends and competition offerings to develop and implement proactive strategies to strengthen the product line’s business advantage.
  • Drive strong commercial partnership by collaborating closely with regional and global sales teams to align on growth priorities, optimize channel execution, and accelerate market adoption.
  • Define promotional focus areas and strategy to increase revenue including product pricing with commercial teams.
  • Lead cross-functional product development teams in aspects associated with product definition, product development, pricing, market introduction, sales tools, and promotion plans.
  • Support training activities for the global market with product specific content/ knowledge, e.g., sales campaigns, webinars, conference presentations, etc.
  • Be a strong operational partner by driving accurate inputs into demand plans to deliver best in class customer experience.

Experiencia y requisitos

Education and Experience Requirements

  • A degree in relevant life sciences, business or marketing field, MBA desired
  • 5+ years’ professional experience in life science product management, marketing, application, sales, applications, or customer support function
  • Ability to conduct financial analyses, develop financial models and interpret P&L statements as they relate to the product portfolio.
  • Experience in developing and launching new products.
  • Strong technical capabilities consistent with market segment and product category
  • Experience working with customers, commercial teams and multifaceted sales channels and direct - strongly preferred.
  • Requires up to 15% travel including international.
