- Responsible for ensuring compliance with the production plan and goals of the production department.
- Responsible for optimizing production costs, always striving for product quality.
- Responsible for organizing staff to meet delivery times and production planning.
- Problem solving and upward quality monitoring.
- Properly managing staff and fostering a safe and productive work environment.
- Supervising shipment plan assurance and continuously improving production processes.
- Coordinating with other areas such as purchasing, maintenance, logistics, and quality.
- Responsible for supervising the performance of staff under their charge, organizing their group, and effectively monitoring their team.
- Control the supplies or materials necessary for the operation.
- Improve operational efficiency through techniques such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
- Ensure that all operations comply with local and international regulations (environmental, safety, electrical, etc.).
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
