Program Coordination & Execution
● Support the planning, coordination, and execution of customer programs from prototype through mass production.
● Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and milestones to ensure successful program execution.
● Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet timeline, quality, and cost expectations.
● Track project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks and action items.
NPI & Production Support
● Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities including prototype builds, sample builds, and transition to production.
● Coordinate preparation of materials and documentation required for prototype and pilot builds.
● Work with engineering, supply chain, and production teams to ensure readiness for manufacturing.
● Maintain regular communication with Sales Program Managers and internal stakeholders regarding project status.
● Schedule and facilitate project meetings to review milestones, risks, and action items.
● Prepare project status updates, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Experiencia y requisitos
3–5 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or manufacturing operations.
● Experience in an electronics manufacturing, EMS, or OEM environment is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
● Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
● Problem-solving and basic risk management capabilities.
● Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
● Fluent English and Spanish communication skills (written and verbal).
Technical Skills
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
● Experience with project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar).
● Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar) and document control systems is preferred.
● Basic understanding of electronics manufacturing processes such as SMT, PCBA, and box build.
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI).
● Exposure to ISO 13485 or medical device manufacturing standards.
● PMP or project management certification is a plus.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project) is a plus.
● Basic understanding of manufacturing processes (SMT, PCBA, box build) is desirable.
