Descripción y detalle de las actividades

The Mission:

You are the strategic link between the customer’s vision and our factory’s execution. Your goal is to lead the "Ramp-up" phase—ensuring capacity is ready, costs are controlled, and delivery targets are met with surgical precision.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Customer & Contractual Liaison

  • Voice of Operations: Serve as the primary representative to customers for project status, operational health, and post-launch maintenance.
  • Contractual Oversight: Participate in the review of RFIs (Request for Information), Statement of Work (SOW) documents, and Development Agreements to ensure operational feasibility.
  • Change Management: Lead the implementation of major customer requirement changes after mass production starts, ensuring zero disruption to the supply chain.

2. NPI Transition & Ramp-up Leadership

  • Launch Readiness: Interface with project teams during the pre-production phase to lead all operational activities for new product launches.
  • Capacity Planning: Organize and lead critical capacity reviews to ensure the facility is equipped to handle projected volumes.
  • Delivery Excellence: Oversee the high-pressure ramp-up phase, coordinating cross-functional resources (Production, Quality, Logistics) to meet aggressive delivery schedules.

3. Operational Architecture & Supply Chain

  • Matrix Development: Define operational rules for new projects and develop supply chain management matrices to support them.
  • System Mastery: Manage and optimize data flow within ERP systems and customer-facing portals to ensure 100% accuracy in order management.

4. Organizational & Financial Control

  • Team Building: Direct the formulation of the operations team, including performance evaluation and culture building in a startup environment.
  • Fiscal Management: Own the operational budget and execute cost-control strategies to ensure project profitability and sales target achievement.

Experiencia y requisitos

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering preferred).
  • Experience: 3+ years of specialized experience in Order Management or Project Management within the electronics industry.

Technical Expertise:

  • Deep proficiency in ERP systems and operational data management.
  • Solid understanding of Foreign Trade, international logistics, and basic financial principles (P&L, Cost Centers).
  • Communication: Fluency in English is essential (written and spoken) for high-level customer negotiations and global reporting.
  • The Startup Mindset: You must be a "problem-solver by nature" with the ability to build processes where none currently exist.
