- As a Program Manager, you will own the full product development life cycle from inception through launch and end-of-life for custom rechargeable batteries, chargers, and power supplies.
- You will manage global, cross-functional teams to deliver programs on scope, schedule, and budget, while ensuring customer requirements are met.
- You will be responsible for driving products through all development phases, coordinating seamless factory launches, and serving as the primary customer interface from program kickoff onward.
- Success in this position requires strong experience in product development, executive-level communication, and the ability to represent both the customer and the business effectively.

Responsibilities (Including other duties as assigned)
- Lead and manage New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from concept to launch.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and manufacturing teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Facilitate regular project meetings to review progress and address concerns/issues.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues, escalating as needed.
- Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Act as the primary interface for customers during development phases.
- Partner with Sales team to support proposals, quotations, and business growth.
- Support continuous improvement of program management processes and metrics.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or related field
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- 7+ years of program/project management experience, preferably in New Product Development (NPD/NPI) of Electro/Mechanical products
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams of 10+ members
- Customer-facing experience with strong communication and presentation skills at the executive level
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple
- priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus
