Responsible for analyzing business requirements and developing software applications, reporting solutions, and system integrations that support business operations. This role combines software development, data analysis, and operational system support, particularly for systems used in the manufacturing shop floor.
Works closely with business stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain technology solutions. The role also includes supporting deployed systems, assisting with hardware setup related to developed applications, and ensuring reliable operation of systems used in production environments.
Comply with the objectives and requirements of the Quality and Environmental Management System, based on ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14000 and FDA QMSR regulations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and system solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications, scripts, and automation tools.
- Write, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures
- Provide technical support for internally developed applications and systems
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, scanners, and other peripherals used by developed applications and shop floor systems
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and operations teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements
- Document system architecture, data models, technical specifications, and operational procedures
- Ensure compliance with data governance, cybersecurity policies, and IT standards
Experiencia y requisitos
- Education Background (Major, Degree etc.) * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Developer, or 2 years’ experience as a Programmer Analyst
- Work Experience (Area, Service Year etc.) ** 2 - 3 years’ experience in rellated field.
- Language (Level) ** Knowledge, understanding and ability to create and maintain thorough technical documentation.
- Computational knowledge ** Experience with programming languages such as C#, Blazor, Python, Java or similar.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and data structures
- Competencies** Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Additional comments** Familiarity with ERP systems, manufacturing systems, shop floor applications, or production data environments.
