Position Objective

Develop new projects delivered on time, while maintaining quality and cost competitiveness.

🎯 Main Responsibilities

✔️ Support the design and development of new commercial refrigeration products and improvements.

✔️ Create and update 3D models, engineering drawings, assemblies, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).

✔️ Participate in engineering change processes (ECO/ECN) and maintain engineering documentation.

✔️ Coordinate engineering activities from concept through production release.

✔️ Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Production teams.

✔️ Review customer specifications and translate requirements into engineering solutions.

✔️ Support prototype builds, testing, validation, and manufacturing start-up.

✔️ Analyze engineering issues, investigate failures, and implement corrective actions.

✔️ Participate in design reviews, DFMEA, PFMEA, and risk assessments.

✔️ Drive cost reduction, value engineering, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
