Join our team as a Prospect Procurement Manager!

We believe in creating an environment where professionals are empowered to develop their skills and achieve long-term success. We are seeking a driven Prospect Procurement Manager professional who is eager to contribute within a dynamic, team-oriented setting.


What will you do:

  • Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and maintain strategic relationships with lead generation partners.
  • Directly lead and coordinate the Business Development and Digital Marketing teams, ensuring lead quality, volume, and cost align with the company’s financial and growth objectives.
  • Develop, diversify, and manage multiple prospect acquisition channels, both internal and external.
  • Validate lead quality and analyze the performance of each acquisition source.
  • Continuously seek new opportunities for purchasing leads or forming partnerships with external providers and strategic allies.
  • Coordinate and manage traffic flow from multiple lead providers.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as conversion rates, cost per lead, cost per loan, and return on investment (ROI) to ensure each source meets established targets.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to assess conversion performance, reporting, and ongoing optimization of campaigns and lead sources.
  • Assume direct responsibility for the performance and results of the Business Development and Digital Marketing teams.

Experiencia y requisitos

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 
  • Experience: Advanced English communication (both written and spoken).
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams, performance metrics, and departmental KPIs.

  • Based in Tijuana
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday. 8 am to 5:30 pm
  • Salary: 70,000 pesos per month
