POSITION OBJECTIVE:

Ensure that processes and products consistently comply with established quality standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct random audits of finished products to verify inspection conformity and/or rework compliance.
Prepare Quality Management System documentation.

ACTIVITIES:

Develop and implement quality standards.
Develop and implement quality control systems.
Monitor and analyze quality performance.
Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
Collaborate with Operations Management to develop and implement controls and improvements.
Ensure workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.

Experiencia y requisitos

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.

Language:

Advanced English – Required

Qualifications & Experience:

Knowledge of textile products and sewing processes (preferred).
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to present proposals and recommendations to all team members.
Green Belt certification (preferred).
More than 2 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a similar role.
Project management experience.
Knowledge of PFMEA.
Knowledge of 8D methodology.
Knowledge of A3 problem-solving methodology.
Knowledge of Capability Studies (Cpk).
Knowledge of Engineering Changes (ECO) / Deviations.
Knowledge of PPAP processes.
Knowledge of ISO 9001.
