Experience
- Experience performing inspections, measurements, and testing of mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical components.
- Hands-on experience verifying material conformance to specifications and interpreting company and industry standards.
- Background in supporting quality processes through data collection, statistical analysis, and report preparation.
- Experience assisting with process improvements, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of production equipment.
- Familiarity with reviewing inspection/test reports and identifying opportunities for process optimization.
- Exposure to creating and maintaining inspection plans, logs, and documentation.
- Experience communicating quality data to production teams and management.
Experiencia y requisitos
Qualifications
- Technical diploma or equivalent experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Electronics, or a related field (preferred).
- Working knowledge of quality tools and basic statistical analysis methods.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and manufacturing instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inspections and documentation.
- Proficiency in data entry, report generation, and use of productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Ability to follow established procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Problem‑solving mindset and ability to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new inspection techniques, equipment, and processes.
Level Differentiation
- Quality Technician I: Works on problems of limited scope; follows standard procedures; requires supervision.
- Quality Technician II: Handles moderate-scope problems using judgment within defined procedures; interacts with internal/external teams.
- Quality Technician III: Works on diverse, more complex issues; evaluates identifiable factors; selects methods and solutions independently.
