We are hiring a remote customer service assistant to handle inbound calls and written inquiries for an appointment-based business.
This role requires native-level English with a neutral American accent. Clear, natural pronunciation is absolutely essential, as you will be the first point of contact for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls professionally
- Respond to text and email inquiries
- Schedule and reschedule appointments
- Provide clear information about services and pricing
Experiencia y requisitos
Requirements:
- Native English speaker with neutral American pronunciation (required)
- Clear, confident, professional speaking voice
- Excellent written communication skills
- Prior customer service or call-handling experience
- Reliable internet and quiet workspace
Approximately 10 hours per week to start, with potential to grow.
Hourly pay based on experience.
