Senior Automation Engineer (Medical Devices)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Automation Engineer to join our growing team within the medical device industry. This role is key in designing, developing, and implementing automated assembly solutions for high-quality medical products.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, hands-on experience, and a proactive mindset to lead projects from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of automated assembly equipment for medical devices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and manufacturing
• Program and support PLCs and industrial robots
• Manage automation projects, including both in-house developments and external suppliers
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with regulatory and quality standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in automation processes
• Provide technical support and mentorship when needed
