- Proficient in SMT GKG printing machines, KOH YOUNGSPI,ASM surface mount technology (SMT) placement machines, reflow soldering, AOI program development and equipment debugging.
- Proficient in SMT process defect analysis and improvement.
- Proficient in equipment principles, fault repair, equipment maintenance, and material throwing reduction
- With experience in managing SMT equipment teams, I can lead the team to enhance UPH, improve production line efficiency, and reduce equipment failure rates.
- Familiar with SMT manufacturing processes and process standards, proficient in the operation, debugging, parameter setting, daily maintenance, weekly and servicing of ASM, placement machines.
- Outgoing personality, strong sense of responsibility, and able to withstand certain work pressure.
- Apply for SMT equipment accessories and follow up the introduction of new equipment.
- Set the targets of periodic rolling rate, balance rate and discarding rate of SMT SMT equipment, and implement improvement according to plan, and track the results.
- Familiar with SMT, wave soldering and testing processes.
- Be familiar with the production processes of TV board cards and PCBA board cards.
Experiencia y requisitos
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or above
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
More than 5 years of working experience in PE and IE, with actual cases of cost reduction and efficiency improvement projects
LEVEL OF ENGLISH FLUENCY:
Fluent in communication and writing
COMPUTER USAGE:
Very proficient
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:Familiar with the IPC610 standard
